What is Bloom's Digital Taxonomy?

Benjamin Bloom was an American education psychologist who developed a Taxonomy of Learning Objectives while working at the University of Chicago. His Taxonomy of Learning Objectives has since become a key tool in structuring and understanding the learning process. In today's digital age, the same principles developed by Bloom have been applied to the Internet and web-based tools. This application was the birth of Web 2.0 and Bloom's Digital Taxonomy explored here.
